How we contract

Scope in writing, price in the open, invoice on terms.

Every engagement starts the same way: a walkthrough or a discovery call, then a written scope with a number attached. You approve the scope before anything begins, and you know what an overage costs before it happens.

Private sector

Standard terms are 50% down on project work and net-15 on recurring janitorial. Card, ACH, or check.

Public agencies & nonprofits

We accept purchase orders and invoice net-30. W-9, certificate of insurance, and references provided on request.

Group and team purchases

Training and courses can be bought by an individual or paid for in bulk by an employer under a single invoice.

Travel billed at cost

On-site work farther out adds travel at federal reimbursement rates, quoted up front. See the schedule

Our sister project is a marketplace where women-owned and minority-owned businesses get a real landing page, a membership, and a funded award they can apply for. It is a separate destination with its own tenants.

ArabesQ Today hosts other people’s businesses. This site is the company that signs contracts, carries the insurance, and does the work. We keep them apart so that neither one has to explain the other.
