Corporate training

Seminars, workshops, and online courses.

Corporate training is one practice with three ways to deliver it: a seminar in your room, a workshop for a working team, or a course your people take online. Same material, same facilitator, priced for whichever fits your calendar. We train companies, nonprofits, and public agencies. Travel is quoted up front at published federal rates, so there is never a surprise line on the invoice.

Three formats, one practice

Pick the delivery. The content does not change.

In your room

Seminars

A facilitated session for a room of up to 25, delivered at your site or your conference. Half day, full day, or a keynote slot.

From $850 live online · $1,450 half day on site

With a working team

Workshops

Hands-on and built around your actual documents, your actual bid, or your actual policy. People leave with work finished, not notes taken.

From $2,400 full day · $4,200 two-day intensive

On their own time

Online courses

Live cohorts and self-paced programs in leadership, inclusion, supervision, and practical AI. One seat or the whole company, with certificates for finishers.

From $195 a seat · group rates from 5 seats

All three sit under ArabesQ business consulting. If you are not sure which format fits, book the free discovery call and we will tell you honestly — sometimes the answer is one workshop, not a programme. See consulting

Subjects

What we come out and teach.

Every session is adapted to the room before it is delivered. A session for twelve supervisors on a production floor is not the same session for a nonprofit board, even when the title on the agenda is identical.

If the subject you need is close to one of these but not quite it, ask. Custom sessions are built at the same rates.

Inclusive leadership

How managers actually change team outcomes. Hiring, feedback, promotion decisions, and the specific behaviours that make people stay.

Diversity, equity & inclusion in practice

Beyond the annual slide deck. What to measure, what to change in the hiring process, and how to talk about it without losing the room.

Supervisor essentials

For people promoted into management without training. Delegation, difficult conversations, documentation, and holding a standard.

Practical AI for small teams

Hands-on. Attendees leave having built something. Includes the data policy conversation most trainings skip.

Pricing, scope & the profitable no

For owners and account managers. How to price work, write a scope that holds, and turn down the job that would have cost you money.

Contract & bid readiness

For business associations and economic development groups. What buyers ask for, and how a small firm gets ready before the next solicitation.

Formats & rates

Pick the length. Travel is separate and always quoted.

Facilitation rates below cover preparation, delivery, and workbooks for up to fifteen participants. Larger rooms are welcome at a small per-head rate.

Travel & expenses

Exactly what it costs to get us in the room.

We do not mark travel up. Mileage, lodging, and meals are billed at the published federal reimbursement rates, itemised on the invoice, with receipts on request.

Zone 1 — within 50 miles of Everett

Most of King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Thurston counties. No travel charge. The facilitation rate is the whole price.

Zone 2 — elsewhere in Washington, same-day return

Round-trip mileage at the federal business rate, plus meals and incidentals at the federal day rate for your county. Nothing else.

Zone 3 — overnight required

Mileage or airfare at actual cost, lodging at the federal nightly cap for your county, meals at the federal day rate, and parking or ground transport at cost. First and last travel days are billed at 75% of the meal rate, as the federal schedule requires.

Zone 4 — out of state

The same schedule as Zone 3 at your destination’s federal rates. For engagements longer than two days we add one travel day billed at half the daily facilitation rate. Everything is quoted and approved before a ticket is booked.

The rates we use

Mileage is billed at the IRS standard business rate, currently 76 cents per mile for travel on or after 1 July 2026. Lodging and meals follow the GSA per diem schedule for federal fiscal year 2026, which runs through 30 September 2026. A representative sample:

DestinationLodging cap, per nightMeals & incidentals, per day
Everett & Lynnwood, Snohomish County$113 · $140 in June to August$86
Seattle, King County$188 · $248 in June to September$92
Tacoma, Pierce County$136$86
Olympia & Tumwater, Thurston County$151 · $175 in July and August$80
Spokane$126$86
Vancouver, Clark County$155$86
Anywhere else in the continental US$110$68

What is included, and what you provide

We bring

The facilitator, the content, printed workbooks for up to fifteen, exercises and handouts, and a written summary to the sponsor within three business days.

You provide

The room, seating, a screen or display, and power. If you would rather we source the venue and equipment, we will book it and bill it at cost with no markup.

Catering

Attendee food is yours to arrange. If you ask us to handle it, we book it and pass the invoice straight through at cost.

Deposit and cancellation

Half the facilitation fee holds the date. Cancel more than fourteen days out and the deposit is fully refunded. Inside fourteen days we retain the deposit and any travel already booked and non-refundable.

How to pay

One person can book it. A whole company can pay for it.

Seminars are usually paid by the organisation, but we make room for both. Tell us on the booking form who is paying and we send the paperwork to the right person.

Company or agency

Invoiced to your accounts payable on net-30 terms. Purchase orders accepted. W-9 and certificate of insurance supplied with the first invoice.

Association or chapter

One invoice to the organisation, with an attendee list attached for your records and reporting.

Individual sponsor

Card or ACH, half up front to hold the date and the balance on delivery.

Grant or program funded

We can invoice a fiscal sponsor or grant administrator directly and format the invoice to match your reporting requirements.
